3-phase steelmaking are furnace (EAF) is a special steelmaking equipment that mainly used in melting carbon steel\high-quality carbon steel, and various alloy steel, etc. It is featured in top change with roof swinging, and there are two structures of left and right operation to be selected by user.
Furnace adopted advanced technology of copper-steel compound conductive arm that integrated to support electrode and transmit high current to electrode, safety and reliability in working, operation and maintenance are easy. Low voltage electric control equipment is made up of PLC automatic control system, high reliability, advanced level of performances.

5. Self-provide parts by customer
5.1  Graphite electrode and its connector
5.2  Refractory material and making lining
5.3  Hydraulic system working media ( water_glycol )\water and compressed air.
5.4  Civil engineering of track and precast unit and screw of equipment's foundation.
5.5 To import high voltage power supply to the input terminal of high voltage switch cabinet and the primary side of furnace transformer by cable or copper plate, as well as to buy\lay and test the connecting cables ( copper plate ), it will be borne by the buyer.
5.6 To import low voltage power supply to the input terminal of low voltage control cabinet, and ensure its phase rotation and ground protection correctness, as well as the connecting lines that between the control cabinet and from the output terminal of control cabinet to the connection point of the equipment, all those will be borne by the buyer.

6. Installing and debugging
6.1 Free debugging (at home), all the costs of seller's experts go and work at abroad for return air tickets, accommodation and meals, will be borne by the buyer. The debugging period is 7 days, overstep the set time the buyer shall compensate the experts at USD 100 per day for delaying time.
6.2 The seller provide operational and maintenance training for buyer's operational and maintenance people.
