YSG-series motors for roller tables can be classified as Type YSGa and Type YSGb according to their mechanical characteristics.With a relatively soft mechanical characteristic, Type YSGa motors feature high locked torque, low locked current and high dynamic constant, capable of direct starting at full voltage and achieving frequent starting, braking and reversing operation.Controlled by frequent converter, they can operate for speed regulation ranging from 30 to 80 Hz.The motors are mainly used to drive rollers of working tables running on S5 duty.With a relatively hard mechanical characteristic, Type YSGb motors make a feature of good performance for VVVF speed regulation, and can realize such a wide speed range for constant torque from 5 to 50 Hz and constant power from 50 to 80 Hz.They are mainly used to drive rollers of conveying tables running on S1 duty.Controlled by frequent converter, the motors can make use of its low frequency starting and braking functions and also achieve frequent starting, braking and reversing operation, for driving rollers of working tables running on S5 duty



Type YSGa motors are cyclic duty S5.FC is 15%, 25%, 40% or 60%.The motors can start directly at full voltage.
Type YSGb motors are continuous duty S1;When VVVF speed regulation is adopted, they can also operate on cyclic duty S5.
The motors are connected in Y/Δ.The rated voltage is 380/220V.The rated frequency is 50Hz.
The insulation of the motors is Class H.
Speed can be adjusted in a wide range which is 30-80Hz for YSGa and 5-80Hz for YSGb.
The overload capability of the motors is good, which can operate with maximum torque load within 15 seconds.
The motors have good performance at low speed that leads to smooth running and no crawling circumstance exists.
